Shipping and Returns
We will process your order in 48 hours. You will receive an email with your tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress or your purchase. It will take 5-8 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 6-14 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time are based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, EMS, TNT) standard.
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted you must follow these steps:
• You have 2 business days from the time your dress is delivered to the designated shipping address, to notify us that you would like to return or exchange the item. Please email us at: feiier@romanlove.net .
• You must contact us before you return the dress and we will give you our mailing address for returning items. Any item returned without notifying us will not be credited or exchanged.
• The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.
• We must receive the item within 10 days after we send you our return address. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are your responsibility. And you need pay us restocking fee. If we do not receive your item within 10 days, no credit or exchange will be given.
